Joel's Clay table imports LinkedIn profiles of website visitors through RB2B data, qualifies these leads, and then reaches out to them via LinkedIn using HeyReach.

Here's what happens in Clay:

  1. After importing leads from RB2B, Joel enriches them using LinkedIn and website information
  2. Leads are qualified using GPT (prompt below)
  3. GPT evaluates job title seniority
  4. A "Find More Titles" table identifies additional senior and manager roles within target departments

Here’s the GPT prompt used to qualify leads:

Scrape the Home Page and identify what the company does.

Visit the About Page on "” and understand how the company describes itself.

Based on your findings, determine if this company matches the Target Criteria. Here's the target criteria again: ""

Provide clear reasons for and reasons against the company being a fit.

Output format:

(- Include a Score (1-10) in the output. This must indicate how well the company matches the target criteria, based on your analysis.)
{"company_analysis": {"home_page_analysis": "Scraped content or 'not found'","about_page_analysis": "Scraped content or 'not found'","reasons_for": ["Example: The company's 'about us' section clearly aligns with our target criteria.","Example: LinkedIn description aligns with the target criteria."],"reasons_against": ["Example: There were keywords in the home page of the website that describe the companies we should be careful to confuse with."],"Score": "number between 1-10 (10 being the best match)"}}
