Step 2: Multi-Threaded ABM Without Needing an Extra Set of Arms

Big deals require approval from executives, buy-in from decision-makers, and someone on the inside championing your cause. Gathering all this information takes considerable time and effort.

The Bitscale team used their tool to efficiently target three types of leads: executives (the ones with nice offices), decision-makers (the ones with the actual power), and potential champions (the ones who'll make you look good in meetings).

Their AI created different messages for each group based on their recent posts or company news. As a result, they were engaging every stakeholder simultaneously, which accelerates deals even with their small team.

Step 3: Launch LinkedIn Outreach Campaign

Here’s how their LinkedIn outreach campaign looked like step by step:

  • They started with the "If Connection" step, separating leads they were already connected with from the LinkedIn strangers
  • For connected leads, they sent a message instantly, followed by two follow-ups 48 hours apart if there was no reply
  • For the unconnected, they sent connection requests first. Once accepted, these leads entered the same messaging flow
  • If the connection request lingered in limbo, they viewed the prospect's profile three days later and liked their recent post two days after that - these acted as subtle reminders. If they accept the connection request during that period, they enter the regular messaging flow.
