Let’s break down what each tool does:
HeyReach – Your main LinkedIn outreach engine. It automates connection requests, follow-ups, and manages multiple LinkedIn accounts from one dashboard—with safety and deliverability built in.
Albato – A powerful no-code automation platform that connects your apps using webhooks and APIs. Think of it as your command center for triggering workflows across tools like CRMs, email platforms, forms, and now, HeyReach.

Step 1: Create a Trigger in Albato
- Head to your Albato dashboard and go to the Automation tab.

- Click Create new automation.
- Click Add a trigger and choose HeyReach from the dropdown list of apps.

- Pick the event that should trigger your automation (e.g. “New reply”, “Message sent”, “Connection request accepted”).

- When prompted to connect your HeyReach account, click Add a connection.

- Name your connection (optional) and paste in your HeyReach API key (we’ll show you how to get that next).

Step 2: Get Your HeyReach API Key
- Go to your HeyReach dashboard.

- Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Get API Key.
- If you haven’t generated one before, click New API Key.

- Copy the key using the double-page icon.

🚨 Important: Keep this key secure. Don’t share it publicly.
Step 3: Plug the API Key into Albato
- Go back to Albato and paste your HeyReach API key into the connection window.
- Click Continue.
- Albato will generate a Webhook URL for you—copy it.

This webhook is the secret handshake between Albato and HeyReach. Time to link them up.
Step 4: Add the Webhook to HeyReach
- In HeyReach, head back to the Integrations tab.
- Click on View/Create Webhooks.

- Click Create Webhook.
- In the popup:
- Give your webhook a name.
- Paste the Webhook URL from Albato.
- Select the campaigns and event types that match what you chose in Albato.

⚠️ Double-check that your event types in HeyReach and Albato match—otherwise, the integration might not fire correctly.
Once done, click Create Webhook.
Step 5: Build the Rest of Your Automation
Now that HeyReach is connected to Albato, you can define follow-up actions with any other apps—think of:
- Updating your CRM when someone replies
- Notifying your team in Slack
- Triggering emails when leads connect on LinkedIn
- Adding leads to a Google Sheet or Notion doc for tracking
You’ll see your complete automation flow inside Albato. From here, you can keep adding steps and fine-tune it based on your workflow.
