The beauty of this workflow is in its simplicity.

It does one thing really well: keeps your outreach channels from tripping over each other. When someone replies on either platform (whether they're interested or telling you to buzz off), the template automatically blocks them from getting enrolled in campaigns on the other channel.

No more awkward "sorry, didn't realize we already reached out" moments.

Here's how it works in practice. The workflow watches for replies in both Instantly (for email) and HeyReach (for LinkedIn). When it catches a reply, it checks if you have the person's contact info for the other channel. If you do, boom - straight to the blocklist. If you don't, it sends the lead through Clay for enrichment, gets the missing info, then adds them to the appropriate blocklist.

The whole thing runs on triggers, so you set it up once and forget about it.
