The webhook fires when a new reply comes in, sentiment analysis tags it as interested or not interested, and the workflow ends there for the tire-kickers. For warm leads? That's where the magic happens.
The template pushes interested leads to an AI agent trained on company docs, pricing info, and objection handling scripts pulled from their Octave playbook. The agent uses GPT-4.0 mini to generate two things: a crisp summary of the entire conversation and a best response suggestion.
These get pushed to Slack with the lead's name and LinkedIn profile, ready to copy-paste or tweak. The result? Their team's booking rate went up. Not by a little. Significantly.
