Ever felt like your LinkedIn outreach was stuck in its own silo?
If you’re already using Make (formerly Integromat) to automate your workflows — good news: HeyReach now has a native integration. That means you can plug HeyReach into your automation stack without any technical gymnastics.
I’ll show you exactly how to connect the two tools, generate your API key, and start syncing campaigns — all in under 5 minutes.
The building blocks: what’s what?!
Before we jump into the how-to, let’s break down what each tool actually does in your outbound engine:
HeyReach: This is your main LinkedIn automation engine. It handles sending connection requests and outreach, managing follow-ups, and keeping everything in sync in one inbox, across multiple LinkedIn accounts. It's cloud-based and built with safety at the core — think of it as your LinkedIn SDR army on autopilot.
Make: This is your no-code automation glue. With Make you can connect all your favorite apps and tools: CRMs, project management and enrichment platforms, lead sources, and pass data between them. It lets you build complex workflows from scratch or using templates. On top of that, Make is AI-powered. You can activate an AI agent that can help you go beyond automated workflows and act as your virtual assistant.
Each tool plays a different role, and when they work together in the same multichannel outreach stack, your outreach becomes smarter, faster, and a whole lot more scalable.
Why connect HeyReach to Make?
With Make + HeyReach, you can:
- Automatically add leads to LinkedIn campaigns
- Trigger actions in HeyReach based on CRM, form, or webhook events
- Sync data between HeyReach and your GTM tools like Airtable, HubSpot, or Smartlead
And because the integration is native, there’s no need to mess with HTTP modules or complex logic — just plug and play.
Now that we know the basics, let’s move to the process. 👇

Bonus use cases
Here are a few cool things you can do once the integration is live:
- Webhook-to-LinkedIn:Â Trigger HeyReach campaigns the moment someone fills out a form or books a demo.
- CRM syncing: Pipe leads from Airtable, HubSpot, or even Google Sheets straight into HeyReach sequences.
- Get data from different sources in the real time: Scraping from Apify agent or Phantombusters phantom to get leads against your ICP and push them into HeyReach Campaign
