Sequence sharing, auto-save & auto-pause are here

Three updates this week that all point at the same thing: less manual work, fewer dropped balls, and more control over how your sequences move across campaigns and channels.

Sequence sharing is live

As of today, you can export any sequence in HeyReach to a JSON file and drop it into any campaign or workspace – instantly. No more rebuilding a sequence step-by-step every time you want to reuse it somewhere else.

What you can do right now:

• Export a winning sequence and import it into a new campaign in seconds – take what's already working and put it to work again elsewhere.
• Get flagged automatically if something's missing on import – integrations, campaigns, or variables that don't carry over cleanly get called out instead of failing silently.

Before you dive in:

• Import only works pre-launch – while you're editing or creating a campaign.
• Export works on anything except Draft or Scheduled campaigns.

Auto-save + auto-pause in multichannel campaigns

Every change in your sequence now saves automatically, with a "Last Saved" indicator so you always know where you stand. A dropped Wi-Fi connection should never cost you an hour of sequence-building again.

Auto-pause across channels. Leads now auto-pause across Smartlead, Instantly, and EmailBison the moment they reply in HeyReach. No more double-messaging someone who already said yes.
