HeyReach Anti-Spam policy

1. Purpose

HeyReach is committed to protecting the deliverability and reputation of the heyreach.io domain and to respecting the inboxes of every recipient. This policy sets out HeyReach's prohibition against advertising HeyReach or the heyreach.io website through unsolicited messages, and it applies to HeyReach and to everyone who promotes HeyReach on our behalf.

2. Our Commitment

HeyReach does not advertise the heyreach.io website using unsolicited messages of any kind. We do not send, authorize, or knowingly benefit from unsolicited commercial email or any other form of unsolicited bulk messaging that promotes our website, our product, or our promotional links.

3. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to HeyReach and to all third parties who promote HeyReach, including affiliates in our referral program, experts and certified partners, creators, and any other individual or organization that shares a HeyReach promotional or affiliate link.

4. Who You Can Promote To

You can promote HeyReach to anyone who can genuinely benefit from it and who has chosen to hear from you, except yourself and people working at your own company. This includes your own audience, subscribers, community members, and contacts who have opted in to receive communications from you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Advertising HeyReach, the heyreach.io website, or any HeyReach promotional or affiliate link through unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited. For purposes of this policy, a message is "unsolicited" if the recipient has not given you prior express consent to receive promotional messages from you. Specifically, you may not:

  • Send unsolicited commercial email that promotes HeyReach or your link to any recipient who has not given prior consent to receive such messages from you,  or who have not otherwise established a prior relationship with you..
  • Use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or any other non-opt-in list to distribute HeyReach or your link.
  • Send unsolicited promotional messages through any other channel, including SMS, LinkedIn, or other social and messaging platforms, to recipients who have not opted in to hear from you.
  • Use paid advertising through any ad network that targets recipients based on scraped, purchased or non-opt-in data to promote HeyReach or your link. Paid advertising for HeyReach through any ad network is strictly prohibited.
  • Disguise the origin of a message, use false or misleading sender information or subject lines, or omit a functioning opt-out mechanism where one is required.

6. Legal Compliance

All promotion of HeyReach must comply with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including the United States CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive. Where these laws impose stricter requirements than this policy, those requirements apply.

7. Enforcement

Because unsolicited messaging directly harms the deliverability and reputation of the heyreach.io domain, HeyReach enforces this policy without exception. Violations will result in immediate closure of the offending account and cancellation of all pending and due commissions. HeyReach may take these actions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.HeyReach also reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations that cause damage to HeyReach's domain reputation, deliverability, or business.

8. Reporting Abuse

If you have received an unsolicited message advertising HeyReach or the heyreach.io website, please report it to contact@heyreach.io. We investigate every report and act on confirmed violations.

9. Changes to This Policy

HeyReach may update this policy from time to time. The version published at this URL is the current and controlling version, and the date above reflects the most recent update.
